Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Specialist (Pipeline)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Specialist based in Algeria, you will lead the localisation of a strategic pipeline project, acting as the main interface between Novo Nordisk and external manufacturing partners. Your work will directly support patient access by building sustainable manufacturing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project activities within your scope, managing timelines, milestones, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead or support technology transfer of drug product processes to the CMO and ensure readiness for validation, PPQ/PV and commercial production.
• Safeguard compliance with cGMP, Novo Nordisk quality standards and regulatory requirements, including documentation and inspection readiness.
• Act as the primary liaison between Novo Nordisk and the external partner, providing guidance and capability building to local teams.
• Support the transition from project execution to stable operations and contribute to long‑term localisation strategy.

Required profile

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing project management.
• Proven expertise in CMO collaborations, technology transfer and validation activities.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory requirements and quality systems.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
