About the role
Barwa Development is expanding its real‑estate portfolio and seeks an experienced Senior Property Consultant to drive high‑value sales. You will work from our Heliopolis office, engaging with qualified leads and guiding clients through the property acquisition process.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, nurture, and close high‑value property sales opportunities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, pricing, and client needs.
- Mentor junior sales staff and share best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure a steady flow of fresh leads.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven real‑estate sales experience.
- Strong track record of closing high‑value deals.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach junior team members.
- Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
