SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic Traffic & Paid Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The role will shape keyword strategies, optimise on‑page elements, run technical audits and manage PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and boost the company’s online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion and optimisation to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages and site structure for SEO and user experience.
• Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximise ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives and SEO performance metrics.
• Research competitor advertising links, keyword strategies and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup supply to ensure zero downtime.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
