Spa Attendant – Guest Services

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Spa Attendant and be the first point of contact for guests visiting our spa facilities in Algiers. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests through our amenities, and support smooth operations throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general spa orientation to guests, explaining locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows.
• Answer guest inquiries about property information and escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Monitor the computer schedule for updates and changes throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly and secure supplies at the end of each shift.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in designated areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting up to 10 lb, and standing for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
