Supply Chain / Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain / Procurement Manager to support our Oil & Gas operations in Gabon. The role will oversee procurement, vendor management, logistics and overall supply chain efficiency for both offshore and onshore projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain activities for Oil & Gas projects.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials and services.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and framework agreements.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost‑saving and optimisation opportunities.
• Guarantee compliance with company procedures, HSE standards and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, operations and finance teams to meet operational needs.
• Prepare procurement reports, budgets and supplier performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of procurement and supply chain experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment, materials and vendor management.
• Experience with international sourcing, import/export and logistics coordination.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, multicultural environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
