Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesales Executive will work on‑site in El Maadi, contacting potential and existing customers to promote a range of telecom products and services. This full‑time position focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and guiding customers through offers while meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote telecom products and services.
• Explain features, benefits and guide customers through offers.
• Manage call lists, handle inbound inquiries and answer product‑related questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet sales targets.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of prospects.
• Adhere to company policies, telecom regulations and maintain a professional, courteous tone.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with proven aptitude for phone sales and negotiation.
• Customer‑service mindset with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or call‑center software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in El Maadi and collaborate with a diverse team.
