About the role

Marriott International invites recent university graduates to join its Voyage Graduate Leadership Program in Algiers, focusing on Human Resources. This full‑time, paid development program runs for 12‑18 months and immerses participants in real‑world hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in mini‑rotations across HR functions and other hotel departments.
• Support daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist in designing and implementing process improvements and innovation projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors on strategic initiatives.
• Deliver a Voyage project that showcases analytical and leadership capabilities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025‑2026) with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in hospitality and a desire to build a career in hotel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
