Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to help turn raw website data into actionable insights. You will work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure accurate tracking, analyze user behavior, and recommend optimizations that boost performance and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate on A/B and multivariate testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑based recommendations to enhance digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection with reliable backup.
