WS Field Engineer – WIT

About the role

We are looking for a motivated WS Field Engineer – WIT to join our team in Hassi Messaoud, Algeria. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to our customers while supporting continuous improvement on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service delivery tasks, ensuring accurate and on‑time job completion.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist design and technical engineers with technical programs and bid activities.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards using the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT) and wellsite inspections.
• Lead service quality meetings with customers and implement action plans.
• Support HSE and quality initiatives, wearing appropriate PPE and following safety policies.
• Provide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronics engineering or a related field.
• Strong exposure to field operations and service delivery in an oil‑and‑gas environment.
• Good understanding of engineering processes, safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in field‑based operational settings.
