About the role

Aluma Academia seeks a passionate Arabic Tutor to deliver high‑quality online lessons to learners of all ages. This fully remote role allows you to shape curriculum and support student success from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Teach live online Arabic classes to children, teenagers, and adults.
• Develop and improve curriculum content and learning materials.
• Create exercises, homework, and other educational resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of programs and teaching standards.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with strong command of Classical Arabic (Fus’ha) and Arabic grammar.
• C1‑level English proficiency (full professional fluency).
• Previous teaching experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to teach online.
• Passion for education and student success.
