Automotive Diagnostic Instructor

About the role

The Automotive Diagnostic Instructor will join HB Tronics’ training centre in El Oued to deliver hands‑on courses on vehicle diagnostics, ECU programming and tuning. Working full‑time on‑site, you will guide learners through practical workshops and ensure they acquire industry‑ready skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured lesson plans covering automotive diagnostics, ECU systems and programming.
• Conduct laboratory‑style workshops using diagnostic tools and software.
• Prepare instructional materials, assignments and evaluations to track learner progress.
• Update course content regularly to reflect the latest standards and technologies.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to students of diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve curriculum quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, ECU systems and electronic control units.
• Practical experience with diagnostic tools, software and ECU tuning.
• Ability to create clear training materials and explain complex technical concepts.
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience in a technical or automotive setting is highly beneficial.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma/degree in automotive technology, mechatronics or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and an inclusive, gender‑neutral teaching approach.
