Channel Supervisor – Tecno Mobile

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Supervisor to lead Tecno Mobile’s sales and distribution activities in the central region of Algeria. The role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring strong market coverage, efficient field operations and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the field force across assigned cities, monitoring KPIs, performance and execution quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retail partners, overseeing orders, product availability and market distribution.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase Tecno’s visibility and market share.
• Track competitor actions, market trends, pricing and customer behavior, providing actionable feedback to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, field activities and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, channel management or telecom/FMCG distribution.
• Experience managing field teams is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with good understanding of sales KPIs and retail operations.
• Dynamic, proactive and results‑driven, with willingness to travel frequently.
• Personal vehicle preferred.
