Education Specialist (Fluent in French) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a French‑fluent education specialist to help train large‑scale language models. You will work remotely, interacting with AI systems in both English and French to improve their ability to support teaching, learning, and assessment across multilingual classrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the model on real‑world and theoretical education scenarios, providing feedback in both languages.
• Verify the pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy of model responses.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest refinements to prompt engineering.
• Collaborate on improving evaluation metrics for instructional content generated by the model.
• Maintain clear, metacognitive communication by “showing your work” throughout the process.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in French with experience in French‑speaking education systems.
• Hands‑on experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or classroom technology.
• Familiarity with both traditional and digital learning environments.
• Strong ability to articulate reasoning and document findings.
