Freelance Exam Invigilator – High‑Stakes Exams

About the role

VICTVS is seeking reliable freelance Exam Invigilators to supervise professional, high‑stakes examinations for adult learners in Elhamiz, Algeria. You will work on a contract basis, ensuring the integrity and security of both written and computer‑based exams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the exam room and set up necessary equipment.
• Greet candidates, verify identification, and record attendance.
• Communicate exam instructions clearly and monitor candidates throughout the session.
• Assist candidates with any issues, including technical problems.
• Ensure prohibited items are not present and report any incidents.
• Support test centre staff and handle post‑exam reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• High attention to detail and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions confidently.
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain professional integrity.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
