Expert logistique de communication

About the role

We are looking for a Communication Logistics Expert to join NTU International’s EU‑funded project “Support to the visibility, strategic communication, public and cultural diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco”. The role will support the planning and execution of communication‑related events, workshops and outreach activities, ensuring smooth logistical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical aspects of communication events, including venue booking, equipment provision and catering.
• Manage invitations, registration lists and participant communications.
• Liaise with external service providers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and distribute communication materials, supports and kits.
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation filing, reporting and budget tracking for logistical items.

Required profile

• Professional diploma in logistics, administrative management, event management or operational communication (or minimum 4 years relevant experience if diploma not held).
• At least 1 year of experience in communication logistics, event support or related coordination.
• Fluent French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English considered an asset.
