French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will provide friendly, professional assistance to customers in both languages through voice calls and live chat, helping them track orders, understand products, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and guide them through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
