French‑Speaking Remote Sales Representative

About the role

Whizz is looking for a motivated French‑speaking Sales Representative to join its Remote Sales & Support team. You will help customers discover and purchase electric bikes, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from the first call to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining excellent service quality.
• Provide detailed information about Whizz’s electric bikes and arrange product appointments.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and follow‑up with customers.
• Address objections and resolve concerns to build trust and loyalty.
• Apply proven selling techniques to convert prospects into long‑term clients.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French speaker with excellent English (C1‑C2 level).
• At least one year of experience in a sales role.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, personal computer, and headset.
• Availability to work New York time‑zone shifts (9 am‑6 pm or 2 pm‑11 pm).
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities.
