About the role

The Guest Experience Expert (Hostess) at Le Méridien welcomes guests, assists with check‑in and check‑out, and creates memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Address guest requests, provide local area information and share highlights.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment while moving, lifting and carrying items up to 10 lb.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and present a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb.
