ICT Industry Solution Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Industry Solution Sales Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives within Algeria's industrial manufacturing sector. The role involves building strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading end‑to‑end ICT solution sales for enterprise and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers across industrial manufacturers.
• Analyse the Algerian industrial market, monitor trends, and identify opportunities in manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, cement, steel, automotive, food processing, chemicals and utilities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, requirement analysis, solution positioning, technical workshops, proposal and tender management, to contract signing and payment collection.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product lines, solution architects, pre‑sales engineers, delivery, legal, finance and supply‑chain partners.
• Build an ecosystem of industry associations, government agencies and partners to strengthen solution capabilities and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, enterprise ICT, digital transformation or B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record managing enterprise or government customers and participating in large‑scale ICT projects.
• Experience with multinational ICT companies is a plus.
