Junior Customer Support Engineer

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support Engineer to join its International Services team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience supporting mission‑critical communication and IT systems for customers across the AMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and support teams covering radio communications, networking, IT, web, mobile and middleware technologies.
• Provide first‑line technical and operational support for mission‑critical IT, network and radio communication systems.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability and reliability, and follow incident, problem and performance management processes.
• Perform initial fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, RF and communication‑system issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers and specialist support teams as needed.
• Work closely with Field Services Engineers and technical specialists to implement and maintain customer solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career engineer with a strong interest in technical support and customer service.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to develop expertise in advanced communication and IT technologies.
