Odoo Developer & IT Systems Manager with AI Integration

About the role

We are looking for a versatile professional to combine Odoo development, IT systems management, and AI integration. The candidate will ensure our ERP platform runs smoothly while overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure and driving AI‑powered process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Odoo modules and extensions.
• Maintain and upgrade the Odoo ERP environment, handling migrations and bug fixes.
• Manage network operations, servers, and hardware assets across the organization.
• Lead the implementation of AI solutions to automate and optimize business workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of Odoo architecture.
• Proven experience in IT administration and managing on‑premise or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience developing AI applications or integrating AI tools into existing systems.
