Pharmacist – Technical Director, Distribution

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified pharmacist to lead its distribution technical department. This position combines regulatory oversight, quality assurance and stock management to ensure safe and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Algerian pharmaceutical regulations and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Manage stock traceability, lot control, expiry dates, returns and non‑conformities.
• Oversee storage conditions and cold‑chain requirements.
• Maintain documentation, monitor regulatory updates and prepare for inspections or audits.

Required profile

• Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• At least 1 – 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical field.
• Experience or solid knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution.
• Strong understanding of Algerian pharmaceutical regulations and GDP.
• Knowledge of quality‑assurance principles.
• Ability to handle documentation and regulatory follow‑up.
