Production Data Management Engineer

About the role

The Production Data Management Engineer supports the delivery of safe, efficient and reliable products and services. Working closely with operations teams, the role drives continuous improvement, promotes new technologies and provides real‑time technical assistance throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with operations groups to support the area of expertise and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide real‑time technical support to operations, sales and product delivery teams.
• Assist in developing technical job designs and evaluating cost‑effective techniques.
• Support incident response, recovery and investigation related to production processes.
• Evaluate technical viability of tenders and contribute to risk‑management activities.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and maintain visibility through professional societies.
• Engage with universities, research institutes and external technical communities.
• Contribute to, write and review technical publications.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess technical solutions.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and technology adoption.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
