Remote AI Quality Analyst (Arabic)

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote AI Quality Analyst with strong Arabic skills to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will assess how effectively the model leverages data from past Gemini conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube to deliver more relevant and helpful responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts based on your personal experiences to test model capabilities.
• Evaluate model responses across dimensions such as grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Review side‑by‑side (SxS) responses, identify subtle differences, and rank them.
• Write clear, concise rationales referencing specific turn numbers.
• Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve model performance.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing proficiency in Arabic.
• Willingness to use your primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone for a 24‑hour global operations team.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative prompt‑engineering mindset and ability to assess nuanced AI responses.
• Excellent written communication and collaborative skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
