About the role
Advanced Pathways Algeria is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Oran office. You will guide prospective students and professionals through the selection of local and international language courses and higher‑education programs, ensuring they understand all requirements and pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑person and phone consultations with prospective clients.
- Answer inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide clear information on program options.
- Prepare and review application files, coordinating with internal advisors to ensure accurate and timely document submission.
- Participate in outreach activities such as information sessions and events.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and nurture long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- Strong sales and consulting abilities with a focus on understanding client needs.
- Proven customer service experience and a track record of building trust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic, French, and English.
- Ability to manage multiple client files, prioritize tasks, and keep detailed records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software.
- Experience using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
