Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales & Marketing team at Marriott Algiers, handling administrative tasks, preparing sales documents, and acting as a primary point of contact for clients. This role ensures smooth communication and efficient processing of sales activities while promoting the Marriott brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional materials and information packages for clients.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales data in the relevant software systems.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities, rates, packages, and events.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships, and respond to employee concerns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in sales or administrative support.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
