Sales Service Manager

About the role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Sales Service Manager for its Oil & Gas service business in Algeria. You will lead the identification and pursuit of new service opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business leads across the O&G service portfolio.
• Manage end‑to‑end project sales, including technical risk assessment, proposal preparation, and pricing.
• Maintain and update customer interactions and data in the CRM system.
• Develop and deliver high‑level presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide market insights for verticals such as Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Chemicals, and other process industries.
• Lead the sales approval (LOA) process and create localized value propositions.
• Ensure ethical conduct and integrity in all business dealings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or service sales roles.
• Proven track record of closing orders and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and work across multiple industry verticals.
• Strong collaboration skills in a cross‑cultural team environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; regional experience is a plus.
