Sales Ticketing Agent – Algiers

About the role

ITA Airways is seeking a motivated Sales Ticketing Agent to work in its Algiers ticketing office. You will manage individual, group and corporate bookings, providing a seamless purchasing experience for our leisure and business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process individual, group and corporate airline reservations using the Amadeus system.
• Issue, modify and refund tickets while ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on fares, routes, availability and promotional offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve reservation or ticketing issues promptly.
• Perform in‑house administrative tasks such as client queries, expense forms and sales reporting.
• Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales materials when required.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in Algeria.
• Proven experience in a similar ticketing or sales position.
• Excellent command of French, good English and Arabic; Italian is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures.
• Self‑motivated with good time‑management and initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus reservation system.
