Senior Storekeeper

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Storekeeper to lead warehouse and inventory operations for our project in Adrar, Algeria. The role ensures accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials, equipment, and spare parts while supporting overall project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and warehouse activities.
• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP systems.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, QA/QC, Finance, and Project teams.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and proper material storage practices.
• Supervise storekeepers and warehouse support staff.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, preferably in construction, EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations.
• Good leadership, organizational, and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/SAP inventory management systems.
