Spa Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Spa Attendant to join our team at Marriott’s spa in Algiers. In this full‑time position you will welcome guests, guide them through spa facilities and ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general spa orientation to guests, including locker rooms, lounge areas and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, heated neck pillows and answer guest questions.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and monitor the daily schedule on the computer.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms and lounge areas; handle trash and dirty linens appropriately.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies and amenities; secure equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and provide excellent service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items up to 10 lb throughout the shift.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
