Chargé(e) de Recrutement – Ressources Humaines

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage the full hiring cycle for its industrial and technical teams. You will act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process from need identification to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze recruitment needs across production, technical, quality, and support services.
• Write and publish job ads on appropriate channels, including job boards, social networks, schools, and agencies.
• Source candidates through professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and local contacts.
• Pre‑screen applications, conduct phone pre‑qualifications, and shortlist CVs.
• Organize and conduct interviews, independently or with operational managers.
• Track the recruitment process end‑to‑end and ensure proper integration of new hires.
• Develop recruitment tools and processes such as interview grids, job descriptions, and onboarding pathways.
• Maintain a talent pool for technical and industrial positions.
• Represent the company at job fairs, open days, and partnership events with educational institutions.
• Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost, conversion rates).
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and digital recruitment tools (ATS, evaluation grids).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and diplomatic communication.
• Autonomous, initiative‑driven, and comfortable working in a start‑up context.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional sourcing platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with labor law and interview techniques.
