Customer Support Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Global Customer Support team in Algeria. The role involves handling inbound communications, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails and chat messages from customers.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges and manage customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Inform customers about the status of their inquiries.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian and Kazakh.
- Professional and polite dialogue with customers.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information with attention to detail.
- Strong documentation accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC and basic office software.
- Experience using CRM systems and other specialized software.
