About the role
The company TapidOr is seeking a Gestionnaire RH (Formation) for a temporary contract in Oran. The position is aimed at professionals with three to five years of overall experience and at least two years specifically in an HR training role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and monitoring of training programmes for the organisation’s staff while ensuring alignment with HR policies and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee training initiatives for employees.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements in the training context.
- Maintain training records and report on program effectiveness.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Management or Law.
- At least two years of experience in a similar HR training position.
- Resident of Oran.
