About the role
Yassir is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to ensure that all HR activities across its operating regions adhere to local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s compliance posture while supporting its rapid expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor HR practices across Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, France, Canada, and Sub‑Saharan Africa to ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain compliance training programs for HR teams.
- Align internal HR policies with evolving legal frameworks in each market.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate compliance risks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR compliance or labor‑law advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations in the regions where Yassir operates.
- Ability to conduct audits, analyze risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
