Recruitment Officer – Human Resources

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will lead the full recruitment cycle for an industrial company, partnering with production, technical, quality and support teams to attract and hire qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse hiring needs from various departments.
• Write and publish job ads on appropriate channels, including job boards and social networks.
• Source candidates through professional networks such as LinkedIn and local contacts.
• Pre‑screen applications, conduct phone pre‑qualifications and organise interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from need definition to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain interview guides, job descriptions and integration pathways.
• Build a talent pool for technical and industrial roles.
• Represent the company at job fairs, open days and educational partnerships.
• Report regularly on recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire.
• Contribute to employer branding and digital recruitment tools (ATS, evaluation grids).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• 2‑5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview conduct.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to handle multiple recruitments simultaneously.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
