Arabic (Maghrebi) Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a native‑speaker Arabic (Maghrebi) language specialist to help train large‑scale AI models. You will work remotely, interacting with cutting‑edge language systems to improve their understanding of Maghrebi dialects, idioms, and cultural nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in conversational sessions with AI models in Maghrebi Arabic across diverse topics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy, dialectal distinctions, and cultural relevance of model outputs.
• Document error cases, capture reproducible traces, and report failure modes.
• Provide feedback to refine prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Linguistics, Arabic Studies, Translation, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills – ability to “show your work” clearly.
