Chargé de recrutement – Ressources Humaines

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage the full hiring cycle for various functions, including production, technical, quality, and support. You will act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process from need identification to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse recruitment needs from different departments.
• Write and publish job ads on appropriate channels (job boards, social networks, schools, agencies).
• Source candidates through professional networks (LinkedIn) and local contacts.
• Pre‑screen applications, conduct phone pre‑qualifications and organise interviews.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring timely integration of new hires.
• Develop and maintain recruitment tools (interview grids, job descriptions, onboarding pathways).
• Build talent pools for technical and industrial roles.
• Represent the company at job fairs, open days and partnership events.
• Report regularly on recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, cost, conversion rates).
• Contribute to employer branding and digital recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview conduct.
• Excellent organization, rigor and ability to handle multiple hires simultaneously.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
