Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Expert)

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will help create memorable experiences for hotel guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. You will work in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment at a Marriott hotel in Algiers.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces according to Marriott standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure timely delivery of amenities.
• Stock cleaning carts, replenish supplies and manage inventory of housekeeping items.
• Move freely throughout the hotel, performing tasks that require standing, walking, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lb.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place items weighing ≤ 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe workplace, professional appearance and clear communication.
• Willingness to follow quality standards, company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
