Operations Generalist (Remote, Algeria)

About the role

Storyteller is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that enables brands to embed Stories into their digital products. We are looking for an Operations Generalist who will take ownership of real problems, drive solutions and support our high‑growth product used by global sports brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, using modern tools to attract and retain top talent.
• Set up and run product operations for client implementations, including proof‑of‑concepts and troubleshooting.
• Engage directly with clients on calls, gather feedback, and provide first‑line support.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI models, run evaluations and maintain the AI stack.
• Monitor SaaS, AI and cloud billing, identify waste and optimise costs.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and prefers shipping early and iterating.
• Comfortable communicating with developers, clients and finance teams within the same week.
• Proven ability to own tasks from inception to delivery, whether in a startup or high‑growth setting.
