About the role
The Sales Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, professionals and business clients interested in studying abroad. Based in Algiers, you will guide them through program selection, admission procedures and visa requirements, helping them make informed decisions about international education pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and present suitable language and degree programmes.
- Explain admission criteria, visa processes and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal advisors to ensure smooth application processing.
- Follow up leads, nurture relationships and achieve defined sales targets.
- Participate in information sessions, events and promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
Required profile
- Strong sales and consulting experience with a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in French and Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in education consulting or international student recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously and work on‑site in Algiers.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for client management.
- Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
