Bilingual Hostess (Arabic & English) for Fine‑Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic Hostess to be the first point of contact at Little Krazy, a whimsical fine‑dining restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will greet guests with energy, share the story behind our menu, and create a memorable cultural experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm and a bold personality.
• Present, explain, and promote menu items, specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural context.
• Proactively upsell premium dishes, chef’s specials, signature drinks, and desserts.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipate needs, and handle complaints promptly.
• Maintain full knowledge of allergens and dietary options.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in table setting, resetting, and keep the service area clean and organized.
• Uphold hygiene, grooming standards, and wear the themed uniform with pride.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic POS system and order management skills.
