About the role
We are looking for an HR & Benefits Specialist to support our HR service delivery across Algeria and Tunisia. You will execute multiple HR processes, maintain data integrity, and provide frontline support for employee inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee and HR service ticket requests and manage escalations.
- Enter and process transactions in HR systems, including Oracle data maintenance.
- Maintain employee data, support onboarding and offboarding, and manage the employee lifecycle.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to aid decision‑making.
- Provide help‑desk support for HR systems and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
Required profile
- Basic experience in Human Resources or HR Operations Service Delivery.
- Education comparable to a Bachelor’s degree or a high‑school diploma with relevant experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute HR programs.
