About the role
The National Sales Manager will lead the sales, promotional and marketing strategy for a well‑reputed pharmaceutical company operating in Algeria. The role focuses on increasing product awareness, driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi‑channel promotional campaigns and oversee material development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources and track performance metrics.
- Report insights and results to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, regulatory and sales teams for effective product positioning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8‑10 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical marketing, promotion or sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proven budget and stakeholder management experience.
