Production Associate I

About the role

The Production Associate I supports the manufacturing floor by handling incoming materials, assembling order kits, and ensuring product quality. This entry‑level position works closely with the production team to meet customer specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and sort incoming materials, verifying all required documentation.
• Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages according to customer order specifications.
• Perform quality checks, count packaging, and remove defective products to maintain product standards.
• Follow and comply with all safety, work rules, and departmental housekeeping standards.

• Ability to read and confirm material documentation.
• Attention to detail for assembling kits and inspecting product quality.
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
