About the role
The Production Associate I supports the manufacturing floor by handling incoming materials, assembling order kits, and ensuring product quality. This entry‑level position works closely with the production team to meet customer specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and sort incoming materials, verifying all required documentation.
- Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages according to customer order specifications.
- Perform quality checks, count packaging, and remove defective products to maintain product standards.
- Follow and comply with all safety, work rules, and departmental housekeeping standards.
Required profile
- Ability to read and confirm material documentation.
- Attention to detail for assembling kits and inspecting product quality.
- Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
