Senior Supervisor, Consumer Engagement Deployment

As a Senior Supervisor Consumer Engagement Deployment Center you will lead the execution of consumer engagement initiatives across indirect retail channels, ensuring best‑in‑class experiences, strong retail activation and operational excellence at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for consumer engagement deployment and retail execution activities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of consumer engagement programs across indirect retail channels and partner networks.
• Drive execution excellence at the point of sale, maintaining compliance with brand standards and activation requirements.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to channel performance, consumer engagement and operational effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and other external partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deploy commercial and consumer‑focused initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Required profile

• Experience in retail operations, field sales, consumer engagement, channel management or related areas.
• Proven people‑leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of indirect retail environments and customer‑facing operations.
• Experience managing performance through KPIs and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
