Ads Manager (Meta & TikTok) – E-commerce

About the role

ECI Groupe is seeking an experienced Ads Manager to lead paid media efforts for its portfolio of fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. Based in Boumerdes, you will work on‑site with a dynamic marketing team to design, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns when required.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing and creative optimisation.
• Analyse campaign data and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and marketers to develop high‑performing ad creatives.
• Efficiently manage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta and TikTok advertising for e‑commerce brands.
• Solid working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, tracking and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to analyse data and make performance‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple brands.
