Airport Services Agent – Algiers

About the role

Qatar Airways is looking for an Airport Services Agent to join its team in Algiers. In this position you will deliver high‑quality service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free travel experience while complying with safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑level customer service at all touch points, including check‑in, boarding gates, and lounges.
• Coordinate with check‑in, boarding, ramp, cargo, and lounge teams to ensure seamless passenger flow.
• Supervise service partners to guarantee smooth passenger acceptance.
• Guide arriving and departing passengers to appropriate areas such as arrival hall, transfer zone, departure gate, and lounge.
• Verify entry requirements (visas, residence permits) are satisfied.
• Collaborate with cargo, fueling, baggage, aircraft loading, and catering teams for efficient turn‑around.
• Handle company mail, pre‑ and post‑flight administration, and baggage claims.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Airways safety, security, and on‑time performance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within an airport environment.
• Knowledge of airport functions, including passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
