About the role
We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for Arabic‑speaking customers, providing clear, empathetic assistance across email, chat, and phone channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when needed) via email, chat, or phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Troubleshoot common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
- Monitor case status, follow up on open tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle complaints professionally and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments, attend training sessions, and stay informed about product updates.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
- Strong communication, empathy, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
