Bilingual French-English Game Master (Remote)

About the role

The French/English Game Master provides high‑quality in‑game support and customer service to players, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Working remotely, you will act as a key liaison between the player community and internal teams, handling inquiries, moderation, and feedback across game environments and community platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to player questions, reports, and support tickets in French and English.
• Moderate in‑game behavior and community platforms to maintain standards.
• Capture, resolve, and appropriately escalate issues, feedback, and risks.
• Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to improve player experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 minimum) and intermediate English (B2 minimum), both written and spoken.
• Resident of Argentina, Algeria, Morocco, Panama, South Africa, or Tunisia.
• Strong interest in gaming, especially MMORPGs, and online communities.
• Basic technical understanding of gaming platforms and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
